Bell’s Recommendation

All Good People Here by Ashley Flowers

Coming from a small town is unique. You know everyone. That is also a tricky thing in that everyone knows you, and very little is private. Margot is from just such a small town, Wakarusa, Indiana. She left to become a big-time crime journalist, which kinda happened, kinda didn’t. Unfortunately, her Uncle who had to raise her is suffering from Alzheimer’s, which means he needs constant attention. Margot has to return home. As it turns out a crime has taken place and she is locked in to find the culprit. Oddly it mirrors a murder that took place when she was six years old. Her bestie was killed in a murder/suicide or so we thought. This is a strange thriller with loads of sketchy characters.

Microsoft’s Digital Citizenship: Be Online

I was developing a session for students on getting themselves organized and ready for school – looking ahead to next year. I usually do research from several sites to collect what I think are the best and most valuable resources I can share on the topic.  It was in this process that I found Microsoft’s full instruction on Digital Citizenship.  The whole thing is a little boring. However this segment on Be Healthy Online and Aware. There are some really good steps in there that are easy to understand and follow.  I also liked the video you can see here.  Enjoy and as always be safe out there!
