Dear ISB Community,
This is a reminder about the opening ceremony of the Exhibition Honoring His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej on December 1st, 2016 at 7:30am. The venue is the inside and outside area of the foyer of the Chevron Theater.
We are very honored that Khun Ploypailin Jensen, grand daughter of HM the King, will be presiding over the opening ceremony.
Photography
As per the request of the Royal Household Bureau, please note that no photographs are to be taken during the time that Khun Ploypailin is attending the ceremony. There will be official photographers taking pictures on behalf of the ISB Community. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
Parking
Due to multiple events occurring Thursday morning we will be testing a new “Special Event” parking arrangement. We have adjusted the Montri van parking to allow for additional short term visitor parking. The Montri parking area will be available for visitors to park between 6:45am-12:00pm.
All vehicles must be removed by 12:00pm or they will be blocked in until 3:40pm when the buses leave. No double Parking will be allowed.
Please see attached diagram for the parking layout. For those with drivers, please ask your driver to not park on campus. The old “Villa Market”/Nichada club parking lot will also be available for use on Thursday.
