Dear IASAS Activities Directors and 2020 IASAS CC Music Teams,

Thank you for responding to the May 27, 2019 email #1 – IASAS CC Music 2020 with the requested coaching and contact information as well as flight times. Please double check that the information you submitted at the link below is correct and complete by Friday, December 13 as we have reserved 2 and 3 bedroom service apartments at N1N2 Towers for the conference and will be sending out invoices for payments (2500THB per person, per night) based on the number of coaches/AIC’s listed. Walking distance to ISB, this arrangement worked out beautifully when we hosted ADDTF last year. So there are no surprises, please note that coaches will have their own bedrooms, but in some instances will be sharing living spaces with others.

15.1 Cultural Convention, General Guidelines I. L. Proposals for rule changes should be submitted to the host AD at least one week prior to the start of Cultural Convention. The proposals will be discussed at post-convention meetings. The written proposals should clearly articulate the change desired and record the vote of those coaches/sponsors present at the meeting. The proposals for changes must be submitted with the minutes of the post convention meetings to the IASAS Board for discussion at the April meeting.
