Hi Families!
Last few reminders for the bike rodeo event:
- please don’t leave helmets on bikes, students will take helmets with them into classrooms
- label bikes with your child’s name or initials, many look the same
- check air pressure in tires and check to see that bike are in working order
- if it’s raining at the event start time, we will postpone to Friday, May 20th, please leave bikes at school if the event is canceled due to rain
- call or text Mr. Hagen with questions or if you need help with anything 09-4913-9327
Parent Volunteers:
Please arrive at the event location at 8:00am. Students will arrive at this time. They will need to locate their bike or scooter along the fence and then go to their first activity. When the “stop and go stampede” begins, we will direct you to Ms. Rivera. She will assign you a place on the parade route. Below is a parade route map for volunteers. We will give you paper copy of this map and you’ll have about 10 minutes to walk to the location you’re assigned.
Some students have already started dropping off bikes! We are looking forward to the event. Thanks for your support!
