Team๒ Bike Ride: Our goodbye bike ride will take place today @ 5:00pm. We will meet just a few minutes before next to 7/11. We will start riding towards ISB and around the lake, twice. This is about 4.4k. Please read the email from Rachel Nahmias for more detailed information. Thank you Rachel for thinking of and organizing this fun activity.
Reading – Pick from one of these 3 reading passages. Save My Cat The Wishing Tree OR The Time Machine. These are each a seesaw activity. You can also choose to read something of your choice from EPIC or books you may have at home.
Writing – Highlights from G2-students reflect on their year and list their highlights. Complete the seesaw activity called: Highlights from G2
Math – Play the game: Kakooma Kids in our class have played this game several times. One can adjust the game for the appropriate level of challenge. If you choose practice, you will have more choices. Students who know how to multiply can multiply instead of add.
Social Studies – complete the seesaw activity called: Global Goals.
Something Fun – Try the seesaw activity called: Baby Yoda Directed Drawing
Endangered Animal Projects – We apologize for he difficulty with the Adobe Spark Video App. We did not anticipate the changes in login procedures. If your child has his/her heart set on using the Spark Video app, you can purchase it, but it doesn’t look like students can login from home. If your child hasn’t started yet, pleases use the book creator app. If your child isn’t willing or doesn’t have enthusiasm around completing the book, it’s OK. Here are some examples of projects.
Two Examples of Nonfiction Books created using the Book Creator App. If you choose this option, you’ll record yourself reading each page of your book.
