Dear Parents,
Feedback and reflection are integral parts of learning. I tell the students that everyone has room for more learning, including teachers. We take our work very seriously and want to do the best we can. Just as we constantly give our students feedback, teachers need feedback to help us know how we’re doing, too.
As we do every year, teachers are inviting you to provide constructive feedback. PLEASE take the time to complete a survey for me as it will help identify my strengths and areas of growth. I know it will take some time, but if you can write specific comments, that would be even more helpful as it will put things in context. Your thoughtful responses are much appreciated and are a constructive way of contributing to the learning community here at SAS.
The information you provide will be confidential and anonymous. I constantly remind the kids that they are not perfect and that I am FAR from perfect myself. That being said, help me prioritize which of my many areas of improvement are most important to work on.
