Students worked on their first free verse poems today. Our class has been working hard on incorporating literary devices and other traits of poetry into our work. Mr. Hagen was so impressed by these drafts today he couldn’t resist sharing them. Ask your poet what literary devices they incorporated into their work and also ask them to read their work to you.
