I created a series of works inspired by the effects of cancel culture on society. This work symbolizes the temporary ‘canceling’ of an influencer and how cancelled individuals take advantage of the forgetfulness. I chose to represent this idea through goldfish and a cat masked as a goldfish that is trying to fit back into society after being outcaste.
