Health & Fitness Week at I.S.B.

How do you prevent gum disease?

How should you wash your hands so that all the germs are off?

What does a balanced meal consist of?

How much sugar is in the cereal you eat?

Exactly how much fat are in chicken nuggets?

All these questions and more were explored at the annual Health and Fitness Week at our school. Our class had A LOT of fun visiting the different stations that answered many of the questions posed above.  Check out our photos Miss B. took of us.  Doesn’t it look like fun?  Thanks to all the wonderful organizers of the event. We can’t wait for next year!

One thing I’d like to say is that we don’t need to wait for Health & Fitness Week to think about how to eat healthy and stay fit.  It’s something we should think about every day!  See our previous post about breakfast foods!
