Student Access to Campus during Exam Week

Dear Parents,

All Grade 9-11 students will be taking end of year examinations next week. In order to ensure a smooth and easy access to campus, your child’s ID card will be programmed to enter and exit campus without having to have approval from parents.

This means that after exams there will be no need to call through to the office to grant permission for your child to leave campus. Please also make note that this will mean that your child can leave campus during the day between exams.

If you do not wish for your child to have this open access, we can program your child’s card to the ‘normal school day access’, which means that when your child comes on campus they will need to stay until the end of the day, at the normal 2.50pm Dismissal Time.

If you wish to restrict your child’s access off campus, please complete this form by Monday morning 7.30am.

If you have any questions regarding this, please do not hesitate to reach out,

Andy Vaughan
HS Dean of Students.
