The PAVED Self-Defense Seminar hosted by our PAVED club is also open to adults. This seminar is led by professional self-defence instructors. The session itself is free; however, please consider donating on the day as proceeds go to the Women’s and Men’s Progressive Foundation, a shelter helping people escape domestic violence and assault.
PAVED Self-Defense Seminar – In honour of April being sexual assault awareness month, we are hosting a professional-led self-defence seminar open to all parents, teachers, and high school students at ISB. This event will be on Saturday, April 29th, from 9:00 am to around 11:00 am in the MPB.
