Reminder to request tickets for graduation |

Dear Parents of the Class of 2023,

Please see below the message shared in the April Graduation bulletin. We are about to allocate and assign seats/tickets for the graduation ceremony. In order to secure seats for the graduation ceremony ALL families must complete the form below. We want to be sure we allocate enough tickets for families attending the graduation.

Please complete the form on Friday. We have only received 95 responses at this stage

Allocated seating for the ceremony

As we mentioned in our March bulletin, all families of graduates are required to register and reserve seats for their immediate family who will attend the ceremony. There is a maximum allocation of 4 family members per graduate. If graduates wish to have more than 4 members attend the ceremony you can request an additional seat for the extra guest, but we may not be able to accommodate that request due to the maximum numbers permitted in the Rajendra. If we do have space for additional guests, they will be seated toward the back of the Rajendra as we will prioritize seats for family members.

If you only need one, two, or three seats please designate that at the time of registration. We will allocate and assign seats for attendees and family members on a random basis. Please click HERE to register and request seats for graduation.

Tickets will be allocated randomly so you do not need to be the first to register, but please complete the registration form before Friday, April 21st.
