The Lantern Festival is a Chinese traditional festival celebrated on the fifteenth day of the first month in the lunisolar Chinese calendar, a time of full moon. It marks the final day of the traditional Chinese New Year celebrations, which is next weekend. To celebrate it together, we are now sincerely welcoming you to join us on “Under the Full Moon” Night with your family members and friends! It will take place at the Cafeteria stage on Feb 3rd Friday, and there will be a lot of performances created and presented by students and parents. With great honor, we will have two world-famous Chinese musicians who will bring us amazing Guzheng and flute performances. During the event, various kinds of delicious Chinese food will be provided in booths, which will be a great opportunity for those who missed the food sale on Chinese New Year’s Day. The booths will be opened at 5:30 pm and performances will last from 6:30 to 8:00 pm. All the income from this event will be donated to a charity organization. It would be best if you could bring some cash to support the funding. There will be so much fun, enjoyment, delight and love you can experience. Don’t miss it!
See you on Lantern Festival Night!
