We are finalising registration for the IB exams in May 2023. Students who are completing the second year in any IB course are expected to complete the course by sitting the IB examination, as detailed in our HS Program of Studies. Universities also expect students completing an IB program or course to have fulfilled all assessment requirements of the course, of which the examination is the culminating assessment.
We need help from all IB parents to check the exams registration report on PowerSchool and complete a short form. Please kindly follow instructions below to complete the registration.
1. Please log into your PowerSchool and download the ‘Registration Report’ under ‘Grades and Attendance’.
2. Please check that all the information on the report is correct including …
- Name – (Last, First and Middle name is optional) as this will be on your child’s IB diploma/certificates. Below is how your child is currently registered on the IB system.
- “Last Name, First Name”
- D.O.B
- Nationality
- Subjects and Level – I recommend you complete this step with your child.
- Category – ‘Diploma’ for a full IB diploma and ‘Course’ for a personal choice diploma
- “COURSE”
3. After reviewing all the details on the report, please complete a CONFIRMATION FORM (one submission per family).
4. If any information is missing or incorrect, please indicate the corrections on the form.
