Dear High School Parent,
We are looking forward to welcoming you to school next week for the Student Parent Teacher conferences that will be held in person on Thursday, September 29th, and Friday, September 30th. In order to attend the conferences, you must sign up for one two-hour slot over the two-day period. If you have two or more children you will be able to sign up for a separate time slot for each child. The conferences will be held in the MPB and the Rajendra gym and you will be given a map when you arrive at school indicating which teachers are in which location.
The HS conferences are what we call ‘Arena style’ conferences. Parents make an appointment for a particular time session and then have two hours to meet with all of their child’s teachers during that time. Teachers will be located in the Rajendra or the MPB and parents can meet with teachers in any order during that time slot.
We recommend that parents look for the shortest line to join and continue to scan the room to see when teachers become available. Please note that these conferences are STUDENT Parent Teacher conferences which means that ALL students must attend the conferences with their parents. Please arrive at the beginning of the session you sign up for to make sure you have enough time to see all of the teachers. Students do not need to wear school uniform on the conference days

In order to register for one of the sessions above please click on PowerSchool which will take you to your parent portal on PowerSchool. On the left-hand side of your screen, you will see the ‘Pick a Time’ icon.
Please click on the icon and follow the instructions in order to register and choose one slot for your conferences. We have a limited number of slots available for each session, so please register early in order to get your preferred session. The pick-a-time registration period will close on Monday, September 26th at 5 pm.
