Dear MS parents,
This morning (Tuesday), at 8:00 AM, we open the sign-up process for MS Parent-Teacher Conferences, taking place on October 6 & 7.
We recommend signing up for one 2 hour session per MS child. If you have two multiple children and two parent/guardians attending, you may be able to split up within a session, but you may want to sign up for two different sessions, so that you may both attend the conferences for both children. If you are attending for more than one child within the same session, please sign up for each child in the session separately – this allows us to ensure we don’t exceed expected numbers in any single session and allows teachers to know which children and their parents will be in each session.
Starting at 8:00 AM, please follow this link to make an appointment. You can also access this sign up through PowerSchool.

If you are a first time user of Pick-A-Time, you will have to register and create an account, before signing up for a specific time.

MS Session Times are as follows:
Thursday 6 October:
- 7:30-9:30: Session 1
- 10:00-12:00: Session 2
- 1:00-3:00: Session 3
Friday 7 October:
- 7:30-9:30: Session 1
- 10:00-12:00: Session 2
- 1:00-2:30: Session 3
Elementary School will be running conferences on the same days, so be sure to coordinate your timings so that you can attend other sessions as needed.
In the Middle School, we will be using spaces in the Main Library, MPB, and MS Classrooms for conferences (not arena format, as in years past).
IASAS
ISB is participating in IASAS Championships for Season 1 sports during these days, so there will be some teachers who are not available during MS Conferences as they are coaching ISB students or are otherwise involved in this tournament. These teachers will reach out to let you know if they aren’t available. We encourage families to come watch the IASAS volleyball and Cross country race which will take place on ISB’s campus during October 6-8.
