Farewell Notes from Ms Fleming & Mr. Scott
Serving as Vice Principals in the Elementary School has been our honor. From the day we arrived at ISB, we knew that the ISB was a community with a heart. This is a community that makes student-focused decisions and truly takes care of one another. It is why we have both stayed so long. It is why it is so hard to leave.
Parents: Thank you for sharing your children with us. We have loved greeting them outside in the morning, seeing their smiles (before masks!) when we’re talking to them about their learning, and working with them to talk through problems when they come up. Thank you for your partnership. We absolutely could not do what we do every day without you. Thank you for being flexible during these past pandemic years, and for being so invested in your children’s learning and wellbeing.
Sarah’s next adventure will be as Head of the Preparatory School (KG-Grade 7) at Upper Canada College in Toronto, Canada. If you come through Toronto, please let her know! She would love to hear from students or families that would like to stay in touch. Here is her new email: sfleming@ucc.on.ca
For Jeff, he will be taking on the role of Elementary School Dean of Student Life at Singapore American School. Singapore is even easier than Toronto for a visit, so please do keep in touch with him. He can be reached at: jscott@sas.edu.sg

How to Download your Child’s Seesaw Work
If you are interested in saving an archive record of all your child’s work from Seesaw, you can do this easily by following these steps linked here. This will need to be done on a computer rather than a phone or tablet. This is important to do especially if you are leaving ISB this year. If you are returning to ISB next year, please note that you will still have access to previous school year’s archived work. However, we recommend downloading it to have a backup.
Also, if you have a child leaving ISB in Gr3-5 and have Google Docs/Presentations that your child would like to keep, we recommend downloading these docs onto a computer as these accounts will be disabled over the summer holiday. For help with this, please email markm@isb.ac.th if you have any questions about this procedure.
PANTHER ACTIVITIES & SPORTS SUMMER CAMPS
Dear Summer Camp Parents,
Thank you for signing your kids up for Panther Activities & Sports Summer Camps June 20th through July 8th. We can’t wait to work with your children! Please find important general information about all of our programs below. Look for detailed information about each specific camp from our activities coordinators before Monday.
COVID PROTOCOLS & CAMPUS ACCESS
- We will use the same Covid-19 Protocols we have been following this school year with some modifications.
- Parents will receive a reminder SMS for ATK testing and results submission every Sunday and Wednesday between 4-8:00pm which is required for students and staff to enter campus.
- Parents will need to purchase their own supply of ATK tests as ISB will not be providing them for students involved in summer camps.
- Students will need their ISB Student ID card to access campus, a negative result on their ATK, and a mask.
- Please note that campus access for parents during summer programs is by appointment only.
PICK UP AND DROP OFF
- All campers (including students attending summer school) will be required to meet their coaches in front of the school by the Panther statue before entering campus through the turnstiles nearest the Business Office. The turnstiles at the ES entrance will not be used during summer camps.
- Students enrolled in summer school will be required to leave campus at 1:00pm through the Business Office turnstiles before returning to campus with their coach for afternoon camps.
- Campers will be returned to the front of school by the Panther at the end of each activity.
- There is no provision for child care between summer school hours and the start of afternoon camps, or between camps.
Still have questions about camps?
