We have made some adjustments to the system since we released it to parents last week and wanted to reassure everyone that the auto generated messages coming from “Operoo Administrator <admin-au@caremonkey.com>”
With that being said, we would like to let everyone know that all contact and medical updates should be made through the PowerSchool Parent Portal. Any updates made in PowerSchool will be updated automatically in Operoo.
Operoo will be used primarily to facilitate online parent permission forms for student trips along with parking permit and ID card applications. Those features will all be released soon.
At this time, all you need to do is make sure you can log into Operoo through the PowerSchool Parent Portal as explained here
