ISB Update: 25 November 2021
Dear ISB Community,
This week we have learned of new positive cases.
Wednesday 24 November
- As we communicated yesterday, the father of a Grade 5 child tested positive on a PCR test. The child will remain at home for 14 days and will undergo a PCR test today (following a negative ATK test).
- The parents of the class in question have been notified.
- If the child tests positive on a PCR test, the relevant ES classroom will close for 14 days and return to Virtual School.
- We will be in touch again when we know the PCR test results.
Thursday 25 November:
- The father of two children in Grades 2 and 5 has tested positive on both ATK and PCR tests. The parents of the classes in question have been notified.
- Mother and children tested negative on PCR tests today
- The children will remain at home for 14 days and undergo additional testing prior to a return to campus
2. A household member residing with two students in Grades 1 and 3 has tested positive on both ATK and PCR tests today. The parents of the classes in question have been notified.
- The children will remain at home for 14 days and undergo PCR tests (note – the children tested negative on ATK tests yesterday).
- We will be in touch again when we know the PCR test results for the children.

These positive cases serve as a reminder to everyone in our community that the COVID situation remains concerning and that all prevention measures should be strictly followed.
