Dear Parents,

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we dealt with a possible covid case this morning in the High School. Details were shared in the communication sent to all ISB parents earlier this morning and this letter was also shared with all HS students. I held a zoom meeting assembly with all HS teachers and students this morning at 10.45 am to share details of the situation and to dispel the rumours that unfortunately were circulating amongst our students via social media.

We are awaiting the results of the PCR test for the student concerned but I can confirm that the 4 high risk student contacts have all returned negative ATK results. The Health team and HIS Administration have worked with the family concerned to ensure contact tracing and safety protocols were all followed and we look forward to all of our students being in school on Monday after conducting the regular Sunday night ATK testing regime.

We are holding the Student Parent Teacher conferences (via zoom) this coming Thursday and Friday. A reminder to all parents, that there are no classes held on these days as teachers and students will be attending conferences according to the times signed up for. Please be sure to join the zoom meeting with your child’s zoom account and laptop and have them sitting with you.
