Adult Education Classes start this week but here is one that starts in November!
Yoga Class: “Essence of Sleep” by Napisa C. Pant.
Welcome to 3 weeks of “ Essence of Sleep Journey” . I am interested in helping you to create the ritual routine and relationship between you and your sleep. This is not a difficult and relatively inexpensive way for each of us to practice preventative medical care in our home. Nothing is more important than a good night’s sleep.
You will learn :
1) to reflect your sleep habits and attitude
2) to find the tools to help you sleep
3) to incorporate yoga practice with therapeutic essential oil to help you sleep better
Napisa C. Pant is a lifetime yoga student with over 20 years of yoga teaching experience. She is interested in helping her students to value self care practice, have a stable mind and be able to cope with any seasons of life.
* Additional cost of 500 baht for 3 rollerball bottles of essentials oil. The students can pay the instructor and pick up the oil before the session starts.
