Dear Parents of Gr12 Students,

Thank you to those who were able to participate in our IB Matters Webinar for Gr12 Parents last week. We hope this was a productive session that answered many of your questions and helped to provide guidance about how to best support your IB student to the finish line.

If you were unable to attend, we have attached the webinar video to this message, along with the presentation slides as a PDF file.

I am sharing a PDF copy of our IA assessment calendar for the year, which shows the spread of  remaining IAs to be completed. Due to our current situation, we are being a little more flexible with the deadlines for these assessments, which have often needed to shift due to campus closures and other challenges. Students are informed of any adjustments made by their individual teachers and the final deadline is clearly communicated to all students in their specific subjects. We also use an internal google calendar as well which has specific dates for all assessments, including IA deadlines.

If you have any questions about IAs or assessment deadlines, please let us know.

I am also attaching a copy of the official IB exam schedule for your reference. At the moment, we believe the May 2022 exams will go ahead as planned, however  we will continue to share all information openly and honestly with students and parents as we receive updates next semester.

Please let us know if there is anything you are unsure of and would like more information about. We look forward to our continued partnership with you in supporting our Gr12 students and making this a smashing year for them.

Sincerely,
Justyna, Andy and Justin
