BOT Announcement: Electronic Voting – May 25th

Due to heightened Covid related health and safety concerns, coupled with more stringent government regulations regarding on-campus activity, the BOT came to a unanimous decision in support of electronic voting instead of conducting an in-person vote for the upcoming BOT elections and delaying the election and AGM by 2 weeks to May 25th.

Please take note of the following instructions on how to cast your vote on May 25:

  1. On the day of the election (25th May), you will receive an email from noreply@electionrunner.com with instructions on how to vote. This will include:
  • A Voter ID and a Voter Key

  • A link to the ballot

Please remember that the voter ID and Voter Key (unique only to you and cannot be shared) are for one-time use only, so be careful when filling up your ballots. All votes are confidential and the election process will continue to be overseen by KPMG.

2. You may vote for a minimum of 1 candidate and up to a maximum of 9 candidates.

3. You can use any internet-connected device for voting such as computers, smartphones and tablets.

4. The election will run from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm on Tuesday, May 25th.

5. Results will be announced at the conclusion of the AGM webinar beginning at 7:00 pm on May 25th.

6. Information on the candidates and process can be found on the Parent Portal, under Board of Trustees.

7.If you have technical difficulties or did not receive the email on the day of elections, you can call this support n umber: 029635800 extension 1151

We strongly encourage everyone to please remember to vote and attend the AGM webinar at 7 pm on May 25, 2021.
