Dear ISA Members,
Due to heightened Covid related health and safety concerns, coupled with more stringent government regulations regarding on-campus activity, the BOT made the following decisions regarding the AGM and the BOT election 2021.
The BOT decided to move to an electronic voting platform instead of an in-person vote for the upcoming BOT elections and to delay the election and AGM by 2 weeks to May 25th. This change is to ensure the continued health and safety of all of our community members and to make sure that there is adequate time to identify the best electronic voting provider, allow our IT department to set up the process, and communicate the change to the community. As previously communicated, the by-law changes will already be subject to an electronic vote at the AGM.
