Students had their first DELVE meeting on Tuesday in their trip groupings. Students were given a brief overview of the trips and basic information has been shared at this meeting.

Permission Form Details

We will send an online parent permission/medical form to you shortly via a new platform named Operoo. The student agreement form will be sent via the same platform. Please complete these forms before Friday the 9th of April.

Passport Page Submission

All trips that travel overnight are required to submit a passport photo page/Thai ID card before April 9, 2021. Please note all tickets will be purchased using the name detailed on the passport/Thai ID card submitted. You can submit the photo through Operoo when completing the Permission Form.

Payment Details

Payment details were also sent out this week. The payment deadline is April 9, 2021. For payment methods, we are able to offer three of the following options:

  • Payment at the ISB cashier in Baht or via Visa.
  • Campus Card – Please fill out this Google Form if you wish to pay through the campus card.
  • Online via credit card/counter service/bank transfer – You will receive a separate email that contains the link directing you to the payment page from 2C2P. If you have not received an email requesting payment from 2C2P, please check your SPAM folder. If you still have not received the email, please contact Khun Pat (Patarin Boonswad) directly (patarinb@isb.ac.th) or Peter Assimakopoulos (petera@isb.ac.th).

For businesses that require a letter or official invoice of support for DELVE costs, please email Khun Pat (Patarin Boonswad) directly (patarinb@isb.ac.th) and this will be prepared within 3-5 business days.

Please feel free to send any questions directly to Peter Assimakopoulos (petera@isb.ac.th) or direct to the Lead Sponsors of your child’s trip.

Kind regards,

Peter Assimakopoulos & Pat Boonswad
