Dear Parents,
This year we are introducing a new admissions platform called OpenApply. This platform will help streamline our enrollment and re-enrollment processes.
You will have received an email with a link to OpenApply, where you can indicate your intention to return next school year and start the re-enrollment process. It incorporates an online payment option for the deposit and a checklist of terms that we kindly ask you to agree to. The deadline for filling-out the intention survey is April 16th, 2021. If you are encountering difficulties with the system or have any feedback on how we can improve your re-enrollment experience, please email re-enrollment@isb.ac.th.
Change of intent to re-enroll
If your family situation changes after you have filled-out the intention survey, and you would like to change your intent to re-enroll, please email re-enrollment@isb.ac.th as soon as possible.
Tuition fee 2021-2022
The tuition fees for the 2021/22 school year have increased by 1% and are as follows:

Please note:
- A non-refundable re-enrollment deposit of THB 40,000 per student is required by April 16th, 2021. This amount will guarantee a seat and will be applied against school fees. You may also pay school fees for the first semester or for the entire year. To pay the deposit online, refer to the link provided in the re-enrollment email sent earlier today.
- We assume the continuation of school transportation if the students have used the service during 2020/21. Should your family’s transportation needs have changed, please inform us by emailing K. Pu at chanaraj@isb.ac.th.
- The 1st semester fees are due by June 30th, 2021. The 2nd semester fees are due by November 15th, 2021.
- A fax or an email of the wire transfer/deposit slip referring to the children’s name is required.
Given current economic circumstances, we realize that families might be facing financial challenges. Therefore, if you have issues meeting these due dates, please reach out to me at marcd@isb.ac.th, and I will work with you to try to find a workable solution.
Refunds for the school year 2020-2021
Refunds for out-of-pocket expenses such as bus fees will be determined at the end of the school year once we know the total number of days ISB has been in virtual school.
Credit for returning students
We understand that for many of our families, these times continue to be challenging economically. For this reason, we are offering a credit to families returning for the 2021-22 school year. This credit will be deposited on the Campus Card and can be used to help with paying discretionary expenses such as Panther Activities, lunches, Bookstore and Booster Hut purchases, IB exam fees, IASAS, GCW, and other school trips. The credit will be given on the condition that payments are made within the stated due dates.
You will be able to set daily spending limits for each of your family’s Campus Cards through the Campus Card website. The credit will not expire, and the balance will remain on your card until your family withdraws from ISB, at which point unused amounts can be refunded in cash. This credit is not a refund, and it cannot be applied to the re-enrollment deposit.
The credit amounts are (THB):
Per Annum Per Semester
Pre-Kindergarten 6,000 3,000
Elementary (KG-Grade 5) 9,000 4,500
Middle (Grades 6-8) 10,000 5,000
High (Grades 9-12) 11,000 5,500
If you need additional information about the tuition fees, please do not hesitate to contact our Invoice Office at invoice@isb.ac.th, or call Khun Pancharee, Invoice Assistant at 02-963-5800 ext.1121, or Khun Atchara, Invoice Officer at 02-963-5800 ext. 1122.
