Yesterday morning 17 parents came to an ES Parent Engage session in the ES Makerspace to learn more about the Makerspace and the Design Cycle. Our ES Instructional Coach, Mark Marshall, led this workshop and shared how different grades are using design challenges aligned with ISB learning goals. Participants completed a mini-design challenge where they had to build a tower and create a pulley system to transport 100 grams of weight to the top of the tower.
