Periodically during the year some students are identified as needing additional 1:1 support to target specific areas. This additional support is provided by ILAs and ILTs. We are currently looking to build our pool of possible ILA and ILTs. ILTs are certified teachers who support curriculum modification, deliver differentiated instruction, and other supports as necessary. ILAs support students through reteaching curriculum, promoting executive functioning skills, and support interventions found in student specific plans. The Student Support Team determines ILA or ILT eligibility. To learn more about these positions please see the attached job descriptions.
