A sincere and heartfelt thank you to all volunteers and room hosts! We are so thankful for your efforts planning, coordinating and running the country/community rooms. We have heard such amazing feedback from student and teachers about the meaningful, creative and fun experiences you designed and curated in your rooms! A gentle reminder that reimbursement forms are available in the PTA Room and must be submitted with receipts by November 27. The PTA Treasurer will be available in the PTA Lounge Nov 16 to Nov 27, 12:00-1:00pm to process reimbursements. Please let us know if you have any questions with the reimbursement process.
This year we implemented many new changes and we are looking for your feedback. Please let us know how you thought this week went. Did you like Intercultural Week spread out over the week vs the day? Did you like having a grade level teacher serving as an advisor? Did you like focusing the rooms on the theme of stories? Do you have any feedback on themes you would like to see? Or any other feedback regarding the week?
Please also take a few minutes to share some photos from your rooms with us. Room hosts have received an email with a link to a shared folder. Please share your photos with them so they may upload it on your behalf using the link.
