The moment we’ve all been waiting for has finally arrived! We thank all the volunteers for all their hard work these past few weeks and for your cooperation in completing all the forms and questions we asked of you. We are so appreciative of all your efforts in putting together a memorable, educational experience for students.

Please note a few reminders for this week:
- Don’t forget your masks! Masks are required on campus and in the classrooms, except in designated areas where you are eating or drinking.
- As you organize amongst yourselves, please note that only five (5) parent volunteers are allowed in the room at a time.
- A “COVID kit” containing hand sanitizer, disinfectant spray and paper towels will be provided in each room. Please remember to wipe tables, chairs and any materials that will be reused during the rotations.
- We will provide a coupon for lunch at the MS/HS cafeteria for room volunteers on the day of your country room. Coffee and refreshments will be available from 8:30-10:30am on the second floor outside Room 204A.
- Reimbursement forms are available at the PTA Room and must be submitted with receipts by November 27. You may pick up a form from the PTA Lounge. The PTA Treasurer will be available in the PTA Lounge Nov 16 to Nov 27, 12:00-1:00pm to process reimbursements.
