The big day is coming!! ES Intercultural Week (ICW) is just over 2 weeks away and all our volunteers are working so hard finalizing their plans to highlight their beautiful cultures.
We are still looking to fill up one room – PK/KG for Tuesday, November 10. It’s not too late to volunteer! If you are interested in lending a hand – either to work together on the PK/KG room or help out with any particular grade level – please contact us at pta-es@isb.ac.th.
A few reminders if you are hosting a room:
-
Please send us any IT and equipment requests by the end of this week.
-
We are requesting room hosts to please plan their activities in line with this year’s theme – “Our Cultures, Our Stories”. Some simple ways you can incorporate this theme would be to include a book reading, story enactment, or even a video narration of a story/tale/legend from your culture.
-
If your community is interested in contributing any meal or snack ideas for the ES cafeteria menu during ICW, now is the time to reach out to Ben at cafeteria@isb.ac.th. Hurry before the menu gets finalized !
-
As you organize amongst yourselves, please note that we have decided to omit the Pawsports this year. This means you will not be required to stamp any student “passports”.
-
We will be opening up the storage room during the week of November 2nd. Please sign up here and remember to stop by to check and label any boxes and props which you would need delivered to your room during ICW. We will provide the labels. Remember – No Label means No Delivery.
Please use this form (if you haven’t already) to submit your requests and activity details. You may also email us if there are any changes and updates since in your plans.
We will also be available during next week’s ES Engage on November 5th to answer any questions and note last minute requests.
