HS Student Parent Teacher Conferences

Dear HS parents,

This morning (Tuesday), at 8:00 AM, we open the sign-up process for HS Student Parent Teacher Conferences, taking place on October 1 & 2.

We recommend signing up for one 2 hour session per HS child. If you have multiple children and both parents/guardians attending, you may be able to split up within a session, but you may want to sign up for two different sessions, so that you may both attend the conferences for both children. We still ask that you sign up for each child in the session separately – this allows us to ensure we don’t exceed expected numbers in any single session and allows teachers to know which children and their parents will be in each session.

Starting at 8:00 AM, please follow this link to make an appointment. You can also access this sign up through PowerSchool.

Full instructions on the sign up process can be found here.

If you are a first time user of Pick-A-Time, you will have to register and create an account, before signing up for a specific time.

If you have any problems regarding the sign-in process or registering for a time, please contact Khun Arisa: arisap@isb.ac.th

HS Session Times are as follows:

Thursday 1 October:

  • 8:00-10:00: Session 1
  • 10:30-12:30: Session 2
  • 1:30-3:30: Session 3

Friday 2 October:

  • 8:00-10:00: Session 1
  • 10:30-12:30: Session 2
  • 1:30-3:00: Session 3

It is essential that you book in one of the above slots as we will not be able to accomodate walk-in conferences due to strict social distancing guidelines we have to follow.

Elementary School and Middle School will be running conferences on the same days, so be sure to coordinate your timings so that you can attend other sessions as needed. In the High School, we will be using the Rajendra and Elementary  Gymnasium. Some teachers who teach in both MS and HS will be stationed in the MS conference area. This information will be provided when you arrive and register at conferences.
