The PTA is hosting a brainstorming workshop to explore new types of fundraising opportunities.
Currently, the association relies on two main events, the International Family Fair (IFF) and the Gala to bring in approximately 80-percent of its funds. The Gala will not be occurring this year, and in these post-pandemic times the IFF will likely not be the same.
This has led to the question of “What next”?
We are inviting those with ideas and past experiences to help us identify new fundraising opportunities for the PTA. This will be a 1.5hrs workshop. For the first part of the session, we will throw ideas out and brainstorm. For the second part, folks will be broken into small groups. Each group will discuss the finer details of a particular event that was raised during the brainstorm.
