Please be reminded that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the International School Association (ISA) will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 via Zoom Webinar. The Head of School and the Board of Trustees will present the 2019-2020 annual reports. A few important points:
- Voting ballots will only be accepted on the day of the AGM, Tuesday, May 12, 2020,from 7:00 am – 6:00 pm at the ISB front gate and from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm at the Emporium Suites Lobby. This is in accordance with the ISB bylaws.
- Ballots submitted before the AGM day will not be accepted or validated.
- Replacement ballots will be available at the front gate/Emporium Suites Lobby for voters who have lost/misplaced/have submitted ahead of time their ballots. Please remember to write your original ballot numbers on the replacement ballots.; unnumbered ballots will be invalidated.
