We hope your family is doing well and that Virtual School is becoming more comfortable as routines are setting in. We have made some improvements to ES Virtual School based on parent, student, and teacher feedback. Linked here is yesterday’s eNews for your reference.
Below is an image to help families support their children with Virtual School. We hope that as you monitor your child’s online learning, you get a sense of their levels of engagement and wellbeing. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to your child’s homeroom teacher or counselor.

Yearbook Photos
As usual, our yearbook will be full of a variety of photos including students involved in a variety of learning activities. Some of these will be students participating in Virtual School. If you would rather not have your child’s photo be included in this, please send an email to Khun Ann at naiyanar@isb.ac.th
Panther Activities
Dear Panther Activities Students and Parents,
We miss your kids and hope that they are healthy and staying active and engaged during ISB’s campus closure in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Once open again, it is our hope that make-up lessons and classes will be offered alongside regular sessions until the end of the school year. In the meantime, some teachers, following the ISB Digital Learning Safeguarding Guidelines may be offering virtual sessions starting next week, for those who are interested. While this is not the same as being together, it is our hope that the opportunity to continue learning for your child, and the connection with coaches and other kids, albeit online, would be of value.
Many of you have inquired about activity refunds which we are examining on a pro-rata basis for classes we are not able to make-up. We will be in touch the week of April 20-26 with details once more is known about the length of the school closure.
Regards,
Anthony Giles and Lucas Rivera

(Repeat) Seesaw Home Learning Codes
Seesaw has released home learning codes to support students with Virtual School. Home learning codes allow students to sign in to Seesaw, view their journal, add posts, complete activities they’ve been assigned, and receive class announcements from their teachers. Students do not see the work of other students in their class. If a student is a member of more than one class on Seesaw, such as a Homeroom class and a World Languages class, these will now be linked and accessible.
Look out for an email from ISB in the next day or two with your child’s home learning code. It will be a 12 letter code and it is different for each student. The following screencasts will provide you with directions on how to sign in using the home learning codes:
Using the Seesaw website on the Internet
For tablet devices (iPads and iPhones)
Please note:
- If students are already signed in to Seesaw, they will need to sign out and then sign in again using the home learning code.
- If students already have the Seesaw Class app on a tablet device, they may need to update the app for home learning codes to work. Instructions on how to do this are linked here.
We hope you find these home learning codes helpful in supporting your child to easily access their learning on Seesaw.
(Repeat) Update on ISB Summer School 2020
