.b Foundations Mindfulness Course

The first cohort this year of the “.b Foundations” (pronounced “dot be”) Mindfulness course from the Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP).  It is an 8-week program consisting of weekly sessions on Fridays from 2:45 – 4:00 pm. We will begin on February 21st, and continue until May 1st (with weeks off for February and Sonkgran breaks).

What is .b Foundations?

This course is designed to help teachers and parents develop mindfulness skills for use in their professional and personal contexts.  By taking part in this course, adults not only have the opportunity to cultivate their own mindfulness practice but also to contribute to nurturing a more mindful and compassionate community.

Please link to this confidential form for more information and sign up!  This will be the last one offered at ISB this year. This course can also be used as a prerequisite for further mindfulness training with Mindful Schools (USA) or Mindfulness in Schools Project (UK).  It’s a great way to learn a new skill, reconnect with your practice, or strengthen your current practice. You are welcome to take it again even if you’ve already taken it before! Invite a friend!
