Dear Parents,
It has been wonderful to be able to watch our ISB student-athletes and their IASAS counterparts on the courts and in the pool for the Boys Tennis and Swimming championships here at ISB. The competitions have been hosted in great spirit, with fantastic support from the home team and from parents visiting from overseas. Saturday is Championship day with some preliminary games in the morning and then playoffs in the afternoon for all of the tournaments. You can follow the results and watch games and matches live-streamed from all locations by clicking on the links below – or you can just come to ISB and see the swimming and Boys tennis live!
IASASS Update:
The Boys tennis team is undefeated, Girls tennis have 3 wins and a loss, Boys Rugby have won two matches and are playing for a place in the final on Saturday morning, Girls basketball are 2-2 and looking for a place in the finals, Boys basketball are starting to find their touch, Girls touch team are looking for victory in their last two games after two draws whilst the Boys swim team are currently leading and the Girls wim team are third. Go Panthers.
Whilst we continue to monitor developments with regards to the coronavirus and share updates with our parents and students, it is worth taking a moment to appreciate the wonderful opportunities afforded to our students who are able to participate and compete in IASAS and other tournaments in Bangkok and throughout the region. Do stay in good health and please note that we are continuing to monitor the situation and will share accurate and useful information as it relates to school life at ISB.
