In our efforts to continuously improve the food services at ISB, we have updated our procedures for reporting quality and safety issues in the cafeteria. For Elementary School, if you have any concerns please report these to the Teacher or Instructional Assistant on duty. For anything related to MS/HS please report to Michelle Ihrig or another Epicure staff member. You can also share your concerns with our Headmistress Khun Usa (usomboon@isb.ac.th) or the Director of Risk Management Mark Hevland (markh@isb.ac.th ). All reports will be recorded in our Logit incident reporting system so we can analyse data and track trends.
