There will be a Graduation Committee Meeting meeting on Monday, Nov. 4 at 8:30 am in MPB 3. We would like to invite 11th and 12th grade parents interested in participating on this committee to join! It’s vital to have 11th grade parents to help out on the committee in preparation for next year’s graduation and to have members that represent our culturally diverse parent body.. The committee is made up of several subcommittees that help plan graduation activities and help support the HS Admin Team including:
Announcements – order and coordinate the order and distribution of graduation announcements and tickets
Senior Gift – order and prepare the senior gift given to each graduate
Parent Committee – plan activities for the seniors during the year and lead up to graduation
Bulletin Boards – collect photos and decorate senior bulletin boards for graduation week
Reception – help HS Admin staff plan for the graduation reception.
