The annual Tri – M Induction Ceremony for new members will take place in the CCT theatre beginning at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, September 17th. The Ceremony welcomes ISB high school musicians in grades 10, 11 and 12 who have applied and been accepted for membership in the organisation. Tri – M stands for Modern Music Masters, and is a music service organization that provides service and leadership opportunities as well as rewards for students in the music program. Our local chapter is no. 601 and is officially recognized by the National Association for Music Education based out of Virginia in the United States. This induction ceremony will feature musical performances by the Tri-M leadership, who also organize and conduct the event. Parents and friends are encouraged to attend to support the new members, and refreshments will be served following in the CCT foyer.
