Last Day of School—Early Dismissal Dec. 14, 2018 at 11:30
Just a reminder that on the last day of school students will be dismissed at 11:30 am. Please make sure students are collected on time.

Come Join the ES Festival of Lights on Wednesday Evening!
The ES Festival of Lights Concert is December 12 at 6:30 pm in the Chevron Theater. This festive performance includes the ES Panther Choir, Orff Ensemble and String Ensemble. The concert will explore celebrations and traditions from around the world.  We hope to see you there!

Learning HUB News
Returning Books and Holiday Books Lists
Please help your child(ren) look through their bedrooms and bookshelves to find books that belong to ISB. Children regularly borrow books from the Learning HUB, classroom libraries and the Bookroom.  All these books have ISB stickers and/or Barcodes on the back covers. Let’s clean up for the holiday!

The ES HUB Team Wants you to READ Over the Winter Holiday!
Taking time to read with and to your child grade PK-5, will help them with learning and provide important family bonding time.  
Why not stop by, visit and read in the HUB over the holidays!

ES Explore (ES After School Activities)
Almost all of our activities are complete (with exception of Science class that will have the last session on December 10th and December 13th).

I would like to thank all of our Es Explore instructors for a wonderful semester.
Second Semester’s ES Explore Program will begin on Monday, February 11th.
Please look out for registration information that will be send home at the end of January.

GYMNASTICS REGISTRATION FOR SEMESTER 2, 2018-2019 OPENING    
The ISB Panther Gymnastics is accepting registrations for all ES boys and girls for semester 2 2018-2019. Any ISB ES student interested in learning gymnastics skills for fitness, recreational or competition reasons are welcome to join, starting January 7th, 2019.  We strive to accommodate each individual goal with their practice. Gymnastics provide a great foundation for all sports, develop strength, flexibility, agility and coordination. It is a year round sport at ISB and offer a great combination with other sports and activities.

Examples of classes still available:
Pre-K & K all level:               Saturday 11h15 to 12h15
K to Grade 2 beginner:       Monday & Wednesday 14h35-15h35
K to Grade 2 all level:          Friday 14h35-16h35
Grade 3 and up all level:    Tuesday & Thursday 16h40-18h40 and Wednesday 15h40-17h40
K to Grade 6 all level:          Saturday 09h00 to 11h00

(Repeat) ES Music Events: Celebrations of Learning & Festival of Light
The week of December 10th will be a musical one in the ES! Students in grades 2, 3 and 4 will be sharing their learning through song and dance in their music Celebrations of Learning on December 10th and 11th. On December 12th, join us for an evening of song, dance and poetic interpretation with our Panther Choir, Orff Ensemble and String Ensemble. All events take place in Chevron Theatre and are free of charge!

(Repeat) Leaving ISB at the End of the First Semester?
Parents of students who are not returning to ISB after Semester 1 need to notify the ES Office, K. Tina (tinaratr@isb.ac.th) as soon as possible and fill out the Notice of Withdrawal from ISB Form to enable us to process school records for their next school. Good-Bye groups for students will start the last week of November. Thank you for your attention to this important matter.

(Repeat) After School Supervision
Any elementary school student on campus outside of regular school hours, who is not participating in a school sponsored event, must be actively supervised by an adult in charge, appointed by the family. This includes being in the elementary Learning Hub (library).
