We wrapped up Freshman Seminar last week.  We have enjoyed working with your 9th grader/s.  Our last session included final exam study tips and any questions students had regarding the exam schedule.

Important:  If your family will move at the end of your student’s 9th grade year, please ask the school you might move to (if you know) what their science requirements are.  In the past, we have had students take Chemistry 2 instead of Biology 1 or Physics 1 second semester.  This is because many schools (especially in the USA) require Chemistry a full year in Grade 9.  The master schedule is tight and while there is not a lot of flexibility for movement to accommodate changed electives, we will certainly do our best to accommodate your student’s needs.

It is a stressful time for our students as they prepare for their upcoming exams.  Please encourage your child to eat healthy, sleep plenty, and relax/enjoy friends and family when possible over the next few weeks.
