Things are really picking up in the College Counseling Office as G12 students applying to the UK, USA, and Hong Kong have deadlines fast approaching!
Please note that we have a special program coming up on Monday, October 29th, called The Liberal Arts and Sciences. During the presentation, an admissions officer from Allegheny College – one of the Colleges That Change Lives institutions – will talk with students and parents about the humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences – the core academic disciplines our own students explore in the IB Diploma Program and that most students student in university. We encourage all families to attend, if possible, as the program will demystify common misconceptions about studying these disciplines and explore the ways engineering, business, medicine, and other fields rely on the liberal arts and sciences.
