Community Activities Office Announcement for 2018/19

Dear ISB Community,

I am very pleased to announce that Kellie Alexander has been appointed Community Activities Office Coordinator beginning in the 2018/19 school year.

Kellie is currently teaching Middle School PE at ISB. Before joining the ISB community, Kellie served as Director of Sports and Activities at the Chinese International School Hong Kong for five years. Prior to Hong Kong, Kellie taught PE and Music at the International School of Tanganyika and served as Head of Music at Shanghai American School.

Kellie was born in Victoria (Australia) and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Music and Education from Melbourne University and a Master’s Degree in Health and Physical Education from Deakin University. Kellie is also a Certified Athletics Administrator (National Interscholastic Athletics Administrators Association – USA).

Kellie’s background and experience in both athletics and the arts make her an excellent choice to lead the Community Activities Office that supports a wide range of community programs.

Current Community Activities Office Coordinator, Bob Connor, will be retiring from ISB in June 2018. We thank Bob wholeheartedly for his many contributions to ISB both in his current role and his previous role as Athletics Director. Bob has made ISB a better place in so many ways.

Sincerely,

Dr. Andrew Davies
Head of School
