MS Showing our Panther Spirit Next Week

At ISB we always try to build a community of learning and connection. We know that students learn best when they like to come to school, feel part of a larger whole, and connect with the people around them. Not surprisingly, school spirit is a big part of this equation and it’s one of the reasons schools seize opportunities to foster pride and community as they arise.

This coming week is one of those times. With ISB hosting the IASAS Basketball Championships, we have a great opportunity to bring our community together, connect our student body, and further the pride our students share for our school. As a Middle School we are using this event (and the lead up to it) as part of our look at how we care for our community through spectatorship, as well as a look at the hidden circles around us, kindness, and saving memories through “time capsules.”

This will culminate in the games on Thursday and Friday of this coming week. Each day at 7:40 in Rajendra Hall, the entire middle school will be there to cheer on the ISB Panthers. We’ve even got an MS pep band! The gym promises to be a rocking arena on Thursday and Friday morning. Go Panthers!
