The week of November 20, Freedom from Chemical Dependency (FCD) will be on campus meeting with high school students. FCD is a non-profit organization that provides alcohol, tobacco, and other drug education to schools world-wide. FCD prevention specialists will present the most up-to-date information available on the physiological and psychological effects of various drugs, and provide a forum for discussing social, cultural, and personal issues that relate to the choices students make.
In addition, the FCD prevention specialist will lead a parent meeting in MPB 1 on Wednesday, November 22 from 9-10:30am. The high school would also encourage Grade 8 parents attend if possible. We hope you can make it.
