The Chiang Mai Valley was the heartand of the Lanna Kingdom, founded 750 years ago. Tao Luang (Majestic Kiln) is a small pottery group aiming to maintain crafts of days gone by for generations to come. Using local clay and natural glazing, Anchalee teaches deft skills a the wheel and with the hands to her apprentices. These delightful ceramics help to retrieve and preserve an proud heritage of centuries past.
