Over the summer break there will be a complete renovation of the High School Office. The preparation work for this renovation will begin from today as the front of the HS Office begins to move into it’s temporary location.
Please be aware of the following adjustments in locations for the HS office:
- From Monday 22 May, the HS front office will be relocated to the literary lounge in the library (the first room on your left in the library).
- From Tuesday 23 May, HS counselors will be relocated to the MPB 3 and the Registrar will be working from the Wilde room on the top floor in the library.
- Please note that when arranging an appointment with a HS Administrator or Counselor that is private, sensitive or confidential in nature, please indicate this when setting the appointment so we can arrange this to be in an appropriate private space.
- From 29 May the old HS Office area will cordoned off to all members of the community as the contractors begin the internal demolition and begin the re-construction phase.
This is obviously a challenging finish to the year with our staff being relocated, however we know this will allow us to start in the new location at the beginning of August.
