Dear Parents,
Some of our Grade 6 students are struggling with the responsibility of charging their computers each night. Consequently they come to school with computers not ready for the day. In many lessons without a computer their learning is compromised as lesson notes etc are on the computer. Valuable learning time is lost as we try to find a way to support their learning without being able to access their computer (or we try to charge the computer)
We ask for your support in this as students learn to be responsible. Computers should be charged at home every night. We recommend that they be changed in the family room so that you can check this is happening (we also do not recommend that computers be in bedrooms ). We would very much appreciate your support to ensure a routine for charging the computer is established.
