GCW Permission and Payment Slips

Payment and Permission slips were distributed on Wednesday to students in Panther Block instead of last Friday; this date was delayed due to the cancellation of school last Friday after passing of HM King Bhumibol Adulyadej. With this delay of distribution, we have extended the payment period for GCW courses by one week to Monday 7 November.

How do I make a payment?

All students are issued a pre-printed Bank of Ayudhya payment slip. Payments should be made at any branch of Bank of Ayudhya using this pre-printed payment slip. If your child has not brought this slip home to you, please print out the form from this link: GCW Payment Advice and fill in the blanks by hand as follows:

  1. Student Name: The full name of your child attending
  2. Student ID: Your child’s ISB Student ID number, enter in “Ref. 1”
  3. Course Number: Please see the Course No. at this link, enter in “Ref. 2”
  4. Total Amount Due: Please see the Course Amount at this link

For parents wanting to pay using online banking transfers, please ensure you include your child’s Name on the payment and add your child’s ID number and Course Number as per the instructions above. Please also ensure that you take a screenshot of your transfer and email this to Khun Namo (krishpot@isb.ac.th) to ensure confirmation of this transfer.

Please note that we do not accept Credit Card payments.

Permission Forms

On Monday 31 October all students will have their first GCW meeting. In this meeting they will need to return:

  1. Their signed permission forms (please see this link for the ‘Parent Permission Form‘ if your child has not taken theirs home)
  2. Two Copies of their passport for all trips that travel overnight.
  3. There is no need to return the payment slips in the first meeting, please keep these as confirmation of payment.
  4. If you have any questions regarding either the Parent Permission Form or the Payments for GCW, please contact Andy Vaughan (andyv@isb.ac.th) or Khun Namo (krishpot@isb.ac.th)
